SAE has been made aware that someone is using the name of MeyGen Holdings Limited to be a front for a scam to defraud individuals.
The scammers have sent letters to individuals posing as MeyGen Holdings Ltd, advising that a fee is payable for an investment to be returned. If you have received any correspondence of this nature - please be aware that this is nothing to do with SAE or MeyGen PLC and you are at risk of being defrauded if you respond. MeyGen Holdings Limited is a non-trading holding company that holds the shares of MeyGen PLC, a company that operates tidal turbines. It is not an investment/asset management company and any attempts to solicit money or data via this scam are entirely fraudulent.
