Atlantis Resources Corporation completes R&D fundraising

Atlantis Resources Corporation, the international tidal energy developer, has raised $6M USD (£3.7M) to support its research and development programme. The successful fundraise involved predominantly existing shareholders.

Atlantis CEO, Tim Cornelius, said: “This small equity round will be used to finance deployment and testing of our AK 1000 turbine at the European Marine Energy Centre in Orkney this summer. We are pleased to conclude the process ahead of schedule and thank our shareholders for their continued strong support.”
