Annual General Meeting

SAE announces that a Notice has been sent to shareholders to convene the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.

The AGM will be held at 11 a.m. (London time) on 18 August 2022 at the offices of Ashurst LLP, London Fruit & Wool Exchange, 1 Duval Square, London, E1 6PW.
